We are recruiting an Administrator to work with a well-established company based in Witney.
The Administrator will provide a range of reception and administration support duties for the office.
This role is 15 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday
You will be the first point of contact to clients via the phone and at reception.
You will provide support by answering the phone, filing, typing letters, taking client payments, managing office supplies and booking meetings.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, proficient in Microsoft office, able to use own initiative with good organisational skills.
