A Senior Finance Business Partner is required to play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making within a leading organisation in the Not For Profit sector. This role is based in Oxford and requires a candidate with exceptional finance skills and a collaborative mindset.

Description

  • Lead financial planning and analysis for key business units
  • Collaborate with various team leaders to drive financial performance
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Advise on investment strategies and manage financial risk
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Mentor and guide finance team members

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in a finance business partner role
  • Excellent knowledge of financial forecasting and risk management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in finance software and MS Office suite
