Ideal Qualifications for This Teaching Assistant Role:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Higher-level Teaching Assistant qualifications (such as HLTA) are desirable
- Experience in supporting children with SEND would be an advantage, but not essential
