The Role:
As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a varied caseload of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements, including high-net-worth cases
- Children Law matters
- Cohabitation agreements
- Civil partnerships
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Mediation
This role offers the chance to work exclusively on privately funded cases, with a focus on delivering compassionate, professional and effective legal solutions.
What It Is Looking For?
- A qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years of PQE in family law
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
- A membership with Resolution is ideal
