Job Title: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse/Occupational TherapistLocation: Witney/Banbury, OXON North and West CMHT (Older Adults)Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 9-5)Duration: Minimum 3 months, starting ASAP

Key Requirements:

Experience in community mental health (essential)
Care coordination skills (essential)
Experience with older adults (desirable)

Role Summary: Provide specialist mental health support and care coordination within the older adults' community mental health team.
