MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* To support members of the project/program teams and stakeholders to help plan activities, develop schedules and oversee(track) progress to make sure goals are met on time.* Lead and progress smaller task-based sub-projects.* Measure and monitor project progress through reporting and communication of metrics to all team members.* Works with Programme / Project Managers to run project reports and implement updates through appropriate changecontrol, including assessments of scope, cost, and schedule. Maintains associated change control records.* Prepare and provide project documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.* Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).* Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and meet project commitments without sacrificing quality.* Identify and manage risks and takes appropriate action to support project execution.

Experience/Background

For this role, you will work with a team of Project and Programme Managers, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential. You'll display good judgement, self-motivation and excellent organisational skills. You'll have goodinterpersonal, oral and written skills and ability to relate to a wide variety of people. You'll be able to work to agreed deadlines.
