Witney or Swindon
Circa £30,000-45,000 plus annual bonus

We are looking for an Account Manager to work for a client of ours. This is a full-time, office-based position in either Witney or Swindon with a salary in the region of £30,000-45,000 depending on level of experience plus an annual performance-based bonus.

Mon-Fri 8.30-4.45 (3pm on Fridays) and 45 minutes for lunch. They are looking for an innovative, ambitious person who has the drive to succeed. This is a fast-moving environment that requires you to use your initiative to drive sales and track down new clients. Initially you would be working with approximately 30% existing clients and 70% new business whilst you build your own client base. You should be able to handle your own prospects life cycle, from selling, right through to completion including all the sales administration to go with that.
For this Account Manager position we are looking for,
  • Minimum of 3 years in an Account Manager position
  • A proven history of hitting sales targets
  • Experience of new business development including cold calling
  • The ability to think outside the box and build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of Sage and CRM System, ideally Act
  • Ability to absorb information about products to upsell and be consultative (Product training given)
