Rocasa Consulting are looking for a Scheme Manager to join a team within a large housing association on a part-time, permanent basis. The role is based in Witney and does require a drivers licence. This role is working 20 hours per week, spread across four days (mornings).

We are looking for candidates who have good knowledge and experience in the housing sector, and preferably with people aged 55 years + (sheltered accommodation).

Duties include:

- Engaging with clients daily, promoting well-being.

- Ensuring the scheme is maintained to a high standard at all.

- Carrying out welfare checks as well as health and safety checks.

- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams.

- Respond to emergencies

- Assist clients in any housing related matters.

About you:

- Experience in the housing sector, preferably Sheltered Housing.

- Drivers licence and access to own vehicle.

- Compassionate

- Good and confident communicator
