Completely Care are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Oxford, working within SEN education settings to empower students to reach their full potential.

? Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting the mental, physical, social, and cultural development of students, preparing them for life beyond the classroom.
  • Using strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and other colleagues.
  • Providing tailored one-to-one or group support, working closely with Class Teachers and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
  • Assisting in delivering engaging, individualised learning activities that meet the needs of each student.
  • Acting as a role model to encourage personal growth, independence, and confidence in young people.
  • Helping students develop safer, more effective ways to communicate their needs and interact with others.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in learning support or care roles, ideally with a background in working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism, particularly in educational settings.
