You'll be a first point of contact in a specialist department, ensuring that inbound requests are actioned efficiently. As an Administrator, you will:
  • Handling inbound inquiries via telephone and inbox. 
  • Update the internal system. 
  • Diary management duties. 
  • Supporting the team with administration. 
  • Coordinating and scheduling work requests. 
  • Liaise with management to ensure a smooth running process.  
Ideally, you will be/have:
  • Experience within a similar role (administration/customer service)
  • Proficient in using MS Office and internal systems. 
  • Clear and concise communication skills. 
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of coordinating (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance/trade. 
  • Strong geographical understanding of the local areas.
