- Experience within a similar role (administration/customer service)
- Proficient in using MS Office and internal systems.Â
- Clear and concise communication skills.Â
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of coordinating (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance/trade.Â
- Strong geographical understanding of the local areas.Â
