Our customers span a wide range of sectors including foodservice end users, wholesalers and bakery manufacturers.

Our brand is well recognised in the bakery sector, and we have an established loyal customer base across the UK.One side of our range is of Premium bakery ingredients, (sugars, creams, butters, flours, chocolate powder) which we supply to artisan bakers and pastry chefs.

The other side of our range includes fully formed bakery products ideal for coffee shops, restaurants and hotels.

We have shown sustained growth in recent years which has resulted in an opportunity for a new person to join our team to focus on our Foodservice and Artisan bakery customers in the London area.

THE ROLE:

This is an Account Management role managing an established Account base of circa £3 Million across the London area.

These accounts include artisan bakers and mainstream foodservice accounts.

Within the foodservice arena our core customers are Hotels, Restaurant, Coffee Sectors, and artisan bakeries.

We approach our clients with a view of credibility in the bakery sector, and do not adopt an aggressive approach to new business.

We prefer our sales team to adopt a relationship led approach, and to build trust and a relationship with the clients over a series of calls.

THE APPLICANT:

  • The successful candidate will be an established Field based account manager with a strong knowledge of the London area.
  • Candidates with experience selling bakery ingredients into artisan bakeries are of strong interest.
  • Candidates with experience selling into Hotels, Restaurant and Coffee shop clients will also be considered.
  • Candidates must have strong relationship building skills and enjoy account management.
  • Candidates must have a strong knowledge of the North London area.
