An established leader in healthcare digital transformation is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with substantial NHS sales experience, eager to sell cutting-edge enterprise solutions to C-level executives in ICBs and ICSs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full sales cycle management—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Researching market trends to identify and resolve business challenges.
  • Holding strategic conversations at C and D level.
  • Both account expansion and new business sales.
  • Presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
  • Communicating the value of innovative digital transformation solutions.

Ideal Candidate

  • You are ambitious, results-oriented, and have substantial NHS sales experience.
  • You have built relationships, and closed complex 50k+ deals in the sector, and fully understand the institution’s nuances.
  • You live within a reasonable commute to the company’s Woking office and can commute in 3-4 days a week.
