Our client based on the outskirts of Woking are seeking a proactive administrator to provide financial and office administration support to the business. You will be responsible for supporting the finance team with administration tasks such as invoicing, contract management and some credit control duties. This role requires someone with previous admin experience and a confident communicator, in return out client offers fantastic benefits and a friendly working environment!
Responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- Account management
- Administration of Supplier accounts
- Maintenance of the guarantee registers
- Preparation of contract documentation
- Handling customer service calls and taking payments over the phone
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar admin role
- Proficiency in Office 365
- A good standard of written English and a polite telephone manner
- Team-player
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident working towards deadlines
