Situated within the picturesque 260-acre RHS Garden Wisley, this role offers the chance to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients across a variety of dining outlets. This position is predominantly daytime hours, following a 5 over 7 shift pattern.
Role Highlights:
- Lead and Innovate: Oversee a small team in the Glasshouse restaurant, a popular family dining spot serving fresh pizzas, pastas, salads, and snacks.
- Collaborate on Menu Development: Work closely with the Executive Chef on creative menu concepts, seasonal pop-ups, and "The Hatch" - an outdoor food station for convenient grab-and-go options.
- Ensure Consistency: Ideal for someone with branded experience, with a knack for following processes to deliver quality and consistency in each dish.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Proven background in pizza and kitchen management within a branded or high-volume environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and team-management skills to guide a friendly, high-energy team.
