Salary: £55,000-£60,000

Our client is a highly respected commercial organisation based in Woking, Surrey. Having carved out a brand-new department within their business, they are seeking to introduce the above role into their organisation. This role will take their people on a productivity journey and act as a project and change manager to drive the people and culture agenda from a productivity perspective.

  • This is a brand new and exciting opportunity to bring our clients people and productivity together as you will help them embed the culture and capabilities to continuously deliver the best productivity opportunities
  • As part of this role, you will help them build, foster and embrace a positive productivity culture, helping others understand the benefits whilst ensuring they celebrate and reward their successes.
  • You will have the opportunity to make a real difference. As you use your influencing skills, you will act as an internal catalyst for our clients productivity team, project teams and the wider organisation.
  • You will play an important role in driving the capabilities of their organisation forward identifying where there are gaps in productivity skills and knowledge and delivering the training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to others
  • Furthermore, you will develop a range of digital skills and capabilities which includes supporting and facilitating digital bootcamps and collaborating with people to share best practice from others
  • Lastly, you will be responsible for our productivity tools such as the Power Steering Tool and Productivity Program benchmarking
