Senior Production Technician

Walker Cole International are supporting hiring for a Senior Technician to join a global pharmaceutical company, joining a team involved in biopharmaceutical production This is a shift-based role with a rotating schedule, including alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Technician:

• Leading and supporting technicians within the team.
• Operating large-scale manufacturing vessels for biopharmaceutical production.
• Performing steam sterilisation and following batch manufacturing records and SOPs in compliance with GMP standards.
• Managing equipment sterilisation via autoclave and overseeing waste disposal procedures.
• Working in a restricted environment and following strict biosafety protocols.

As Senior Production Technician, the key requirements include:

• Proven experience leading a team in a regulated manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and large-scale bioprocessing.
