My Building Materials Client are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Person / Team Lead to oversee and lead a small sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background with managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to drive team performance, spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure the smooth operation of the department. This role requires a proactive individual who is highly organised and can bring positive energy to the team while managing both inbound queries and team development.
* Experience:
- o Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- o Previous managerial or team leadership experience is essential.
- o Experience with upselling and cross-selling within a sales environment.
* Key Skills:
- o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- o Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- o Highly organised and detail-oriented. o Proactive with a results-driven mindset.
- o Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- o Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
