£30k - £40k depending on experience

3 days in the office & 2 days WFH

My client are a boutique independent wealth planning firm with offices near Woking (Surrey). They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and London. In their current setup they manage the affairs of 350 clients with over £200m AUM. The business has 6 advisers who advise on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections and some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes.

They have a solid operational and support function ensuring the fee earners are able to focus on their duties and grow the business. All the administrators and paraplanners have a dedicated line manager ensuring they are being offered mentorships, progression opportunities, ongoing CPD and support to ensure staff are enjoying their roles, always learning and being given the tools and resources to fulfil their duties.

The business has grown organically since its inception and they pride themselves on the exemplary service to local clients who provide a regular flow of recommendations and referrals. They have longstanding relationships with solicitors, accountants and professional introducers in the local area who additionally pass on new business opportunities to the advisers.

The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for a highly experienced Financial Administrator who will be responsible for conducting end to end administration across a broad range of advice support all the advisers in the business. You will be undertaking all duties relative to processing new business, client servicing, liaising with providers and clients, updating all client information on internal CRM's, preparing for annual reviews and any other reasonable duties to ensure the smooth running of the business.

  • Salary: £30k - £40k basic salary
