This role will support our client through a busy time, handling a variety of enquiries from both new and existing customers. This will be through telephone, email and social media. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships with customers and wants to make a difference.

Duties:

  • Communicating with customers including inbound and outbound telephone calls, email and social media
  • To build relationships with customers and provide ongoing support
  • Up-selling products when appropriate
  • Handle and process payments manually with customers
  • Recording data on the system

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Microsoft office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills verbally as well as written
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Work well as part of a team
