Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to work for a leading international charity? Join our Clients award-winning Supporter Operations team as a Customer Services/Administrator on a 12-week temporary contract!

About the Role:You’ll be the friendly face and voice of our charity, engaging with supporters across multiple channels, including telephone, email, live chat, social media, and post. Your role will involve building strong relationships, providing personalised care, and inspiring our supporters to further engage with our conservation goals.

Key Responsibilities:Engage with supporters via phone, email, social media, and live chat.Provide a personalised, inspiring supporter care experience.Handle donations, manage Direct Debits, and update payment plans.Maintain accurate supporter records in our database.Upsell and cross-sell products to support our campaigns.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GDPR and PCI DSS.What We're Looking For:We are seeking someone with a passion for customer service and sales, with excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic nature. You’ll be a strong team player, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable managing sensitive Situations with diplomacy and care.

Key Skills and Experience:Experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or charity setting.Flair for sales, ideally with retail experience.Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.IT literate, with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Basic understanding of GDPR and PCI DSS regulations.Great attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.

Hours of Work:This is a shift-based role working 35 hours per week between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Shifts are planned at least 2 weeks in advance, with no more than 2 Saturdays worked in any 4 weeks (a weekday off will be given in lieu).
