Are you detail-oriented and comfortable working with data? We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Processing Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis.
In this data-focused role, you’ll manage a specific set of enquiries and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing information.
Key Responsibilities:Handle and process incoming donations and adjustments from different sourcesRunning of Standing Order income processes, including the reconciliation of these donations between our CRM and finance systems. Processing of all Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) income, and any income received from other charity banks, to ensure it is properly reflected in the CRM. Gain and maintain knowledge of fundraising campaigns, products and audiences in order to respond to process the required reconciliation.
Skills required: What We’re Looking For:Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Previous expeience working with dataProficiency in data processing and administrative tasks.A proactive and reliable team player.
