My client is a rapidly growing B2B marketing agency that has doubled in size over the past two years.
Job Overview:
The Head of Client Services leads a team of Account Managers who’s role is to transform clients' business performance, through marketing strategy and exceptional execution.
You will be responsible for optimising resources, driving client growth. To succeed you will have a blend of strategy skills, marketing account management experience and a strong focus on operational delivery and commercial excellence.
Responsibilities:
Client Performance, Client Strategy & Delivery, Client Leadership, Forecasting & Client Billing, Reporting & Analysis, Team Leadership, Process Improvement.
Skills / Experience:
Essential:
- Marketing experience - minimum of 5 years
- Account management - minimum of 5 years
- Head of Client Services - minimum of 3 years
- B2B marketing agency - minimum of 3 years
- Experience across all marketing channels
Desired:
- Experience in the B2B technology sector.
- International marketing experience
