Are you a driven Business Analyst ready to make a significant impact? This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic product team working across their SaaS product.
As this will be the first formal Business Analyst role within the company, it is essential that the successful applicant has is confident in collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and transforming business needs into actionable insights. This is a pivotal role which will involve shaping product strategy, enhancing user experience, and driving the growth of the SaaS product product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Category Managers: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap through a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Document and Prioritise Requirements: Capture and prioritise business requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and differentiation.
- Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from user behaviour, usage patterns, and product performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, prioritisation, and successful execution of the product roadmap within agreed timeframes.
- Product Launch Support: Assist in planning and delivering product launches, and continuously monitor and analyse customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Experienced (mid-level) BA with 3-5 years+ experience
- Strong experience in SaaS/Software based product environments
- Comfortable supporting Product/Project managers with associated tech project delivery
- Ability to take ownership of gathering/process tech requirements, documentation, etc
- Experience in a MS/.Net/Azure tech stack
- Industry experience (ideally) in Healthcare or similar - Desirable
- Able to attend the office 3 days per week
- Available to start within 4 weeks
