Our client based in Woking is seeking an experienced EA/PA to join their team for a period of 3 months. This role requires recent experience supporting at director level.



Duties:

  • Proactively manage diary and calendar scheduling for the Director, ensuring efficient time management
  • Arrange all travel and logistical needs, including meeting preparation, expenses, and other operational tasks
  • Ensure the Director is fully prepared for meetings by providing all relevant documentation
  • Manage and prioritise incoming correspondence, including emails, drafting responses where appropriate
  • Provide diary and travel support to the wider leadership team when required
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation
  • Support budget management, including processing purchase orders, obtaining approvals, checking invoices, and receipting
  • Experience using procurement systems would be an advantage


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting Director-level executives or above
  • Experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Previous experience working in a global corporate environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident prioritising workload
  • Immediate availability to start a new role
