PA to 3 Company Directors

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Mon-Thurs 830am-5.30pm / office based

Fri 8.30pm-4.30pm / Remote

Benefits: 25 days AL + BH, closed over xmas & new year, free parking

Our client who is a leading property developer has a new opportunity for a PA based in Woking.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work exclusively for the company at all times and in the best interests of the company.
  • Answering all phone calls & listening to land line voicemails every morning, sending detailed info to relevant parties.
  • Organising shareholders diaries, to ensure all meetings internally and externally are in sync.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Printing and scanning items as requested
  • Reminding the shareholders of important tasks and deadlines
  • Proofreading any documents or reports when requested
  • Organising events
  • Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
  • Assisting shareholders on quotes from suppliers/manufactures, maintaining relationships with key suppliers
  • Assisting with company matters as requested.
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems as requested
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Any other duties as requested by the Managing Director and the Operations Director

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
