Interim Senior FP&A Analyst

Pay rate: £250 - 350 per day

A Private Equity-backed, multi-site hospitality and food services business is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst for an interim assignment. You will join a rapidly growing and profitable company where you will report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance.

As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for producing and presenting the monthly Group Board pack, including detailed P&L and cashflow analyses. You will handle the preparation and management of forecasts, budgets, and cashflows, ensuring robust financial planning and control. Your role will also involve preparing and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance the business's performance.

Additionally, you will build and maintain financial models and dashboards to provide deeper insights into business performance. Collaborating with key business partners, you will analyse data, drive improvements, and support the year-end audit process. You will also be tasked with creating impactful PowerPoint presentations for board meetings and other important stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with proven FP&A experience, from a multi-site business . You should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and strong communication skills to interact with both finance and non-finance colleagues. Attention to detail and proficiency in handling large data sets, as well as advanced skills in financial modelling and PowerPoint presentations, are essential for success in this role.
