Our client is a leading financial services organisation based in the heart of Woking and due to growth they are looking for a motivated individual to join their friendly team!

As an administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Management System. You will help maintain client records, process transactions, and ensure timely documentation for clients.

You will be maintaining clear communication, upholding company procedures, and ensuring all client information and documentation is accurately captured and managed within set time-frames to support seamless service delivery.

Daily Duties:

  • Evaluating client portfolios and offering recommendations.
  • Preparing and issuing IMS reports to clients.
  • Managing and processing client documentation.
  • Updating client details in the IMS database.
  • Providing administrative support to our investment team.
  • Collaborating with advisors and driving improvements to our services

Skills/ Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong with numbers and detail-oriented.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Knowledge of IFA office procedures and compliance (desirable)
