Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Process fundraising data and manage Gift Aid details
- Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy
- Assist with data segmentation for email campaigns and event analysis
- Handle email and phone queries professionally
- Assist with event pack issues and technical registration queries
- Pack and distribute event materials
- Assist with Help Desk setup at events
Key skills and experience required:
- Office administration and CRM experience
- Strong data entry, Excel, and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
