Our client is a non-profit organisation working with people to support their health and wellbeing.  Established for over 30 years, they have provided services alongside a variety of statutory and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) colleagues in Surrey and its boarders. They believe change is achievable when offered by a flexible, respectful, inclusive and a non-judgemental approach.  They are currently looking for an experienced People and Culture Change Lead to join their People and Culture team on a 12 month FTC.  Salary: £35,000 – £39,200 dependent on experienceHours: 35 hours a weekDuration:  12 months FTC Company Benefits:  26 days annual leave + bank holidays + 1 extra days leave on your birthday, Pension, Private Healthcare, Blended working, Employee discount programme, Free Parking, Free tea and Coffee and more…..Location – Woking / Hybrid As the people and culture change lead you will place a pivotal role in driving transformational change within the charity, aligning change initiatives with their strategic goals.  The role will involve leading the change management lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder engagement to implementation as well as culture change.  You will utilise your expertise in change management methodologies and strategic thinking to facilitate smooth transitions for the workforce during times of change.  If you are passionate about driving change and want to make a positive impact within the charity your expertise can help to shape a resilient and engaged workforce.  This post is subject to a DBS check.  Please note past drug and/or alcohol or criminality history will not necessarily discount you from undertaking this role Our ideal applicant will have/be;  
  • CIPD level 5 or 7 (or equivalent qualification or experience)
  • Experience managing change initiatives with a track record of delivering results
  • Experience with TUPE process
  • Ability to design and deliver change communication plans as well as develop training programs to support employees through transition
  • Understanding of project management principles, including planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement to manage timelines
