Staffing Co-ordinator £27,000. (6-9 Month Contract)

Kenneth Brian Associates are currently working with a reputable nonprofit organisation based in Woking. Our client works within the non-profit industry and are dedicated to helping and supporting individuals.

This role will involve joining a busy environment covering anything to everything and supporting high profile events. You will assist the event team with administrative support and the chance to source and recruit staff, through to the overall planning and logistics.

Duties:

  • Managing adverts for staff checking they are up to date and posted to relevant sites.
  • Building rapport and relationships with existing and any new staff via phone and email.
  • Contacting organisations who have provided staff in the past to encourage them to do this again
  • Sourcing new organisations and companies for events.
  • Responsible for key staff checks and checking documentation is correct
  • Preparation of any needed pre-event and event staff materials
  • Attending relevant meetings as required
  • Supporting the head of events and CEO

Experience Required:

  • Can-do attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Able to think on your feet when under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Strong administration experience
