Your primary focus will be to deliver outstanding service and ensure that all members' needs are met with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.Locker Room Responsibilities:*Develop a friendly and discreet rapport with members, remembering their names and preferences.*Provide exceptional service in the locker room, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and welcoming.*Assign lockers to members and guests and maintain storage areas to the highest standards.*Clean and polish shoes to company standards and manage the cleaning area.*Provide food and beverage service within the Locker Rooms, maintaining a high level of presentation.*Regularly replenish coffee, water, and snack stations to ensure availability.*Ensure toiletries are displayed and replenished in a timely, hygienic manner.*Keep bath towels stocked for showers and maintain a clean, safe environment in the locker room at all times.*Conduct regular cleaning to maintain the Locker Room's impeccable standards.Food & Beverage Responsibilities:*Assist F&B management to ensure the seamless operation of food and beverage services.*Be knowledgeable about the menu, wine list, and beverages to provide recommendations to members.*Manage shifts covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, and bar service as directed.*Greet members and guests warmly, offer menu suggestions, and address any dietary needs or preferences.*Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff efficiently.*Maintain a clean, professional work area and complete all assigned cleaning tasks.Requirements:*Previous experience in a similar role*Experience within a 4/5-star environment is highly desirable.*A smart, professional appearance is required.*Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a high level of initiative.*Golf/private members club experience would be a distinct advantage*Own transport is essential.Hours:*45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.*Shift start times will vary between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM.*Straight shiftsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a prestigious team and advance within a highly respected private members club.
