A well-established and friendly GMS suburban GP Practice is seeking to hire a Practice Manager. The practice places a strong emphasis on staff well-being and is committed to maintaining a positive work-life balance and a supportive working environment. As Practice Manager, you will work alongside a collaborative team of Partners who trust you to manage operations autonomously.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading a team, along with solid financial and HR management and recruitment skills. You will be a highly motivated and resilient leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

The practice is supported by a robust administrative team, uses EMIS Web and serves a patient list of approximately 15,000 managed through a partnership. The practice also promotes aa a great location for training programmes and are highly involved in their PCN and have a lot of extra benefits.
