Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Accounts Administrator to support with finance data entry duties. In this data heavy processing role, you will handle enquiries and administrative tasks relating to customer payments. You will focus on processing of financial reconciliations, the ideal candidate will have previous data entry or finance admin experience!
Duties:
- Handle and process incoming payments from customers
- Support with Standing Order income processes
- Ensure all payments are recorded accurately on the system
- Ensure excellent attention to detail at all times
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools
- Experience using CRM system
- Experience with financial processing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately
