A global brand in the Woking area is looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their payroll team for three months and help deliver their payroll function.

With the assistance of the wider team, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of all payroll tasks while maintaining compliance and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient, collaborative, best-practice approach.

What will the Payroll Administrator role involve?

  • End to end payroll management for a contractor base of 450 (both PAYE and PSC) across two legal entities.
  • Logging all deductions and pay differences; verification of tax codes; sending FPS (Full Payment Submission) to HMRC; uploading Pension data
  • Timesheet checking and input.
  • Statutory payments – SSP, SMP, PAYE and National Insurance
  • Auto Enrolment processes

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Administrator vacancy:

  • Significant experience in payroll management, with a solid understanding.
  • Strong collaborator with a customer-centric approach and first-rate interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax codes, IR regulations, and compliance requirements.
