Operations Manager

Woking (Hybrid)

£32,000 + 10% Bonus

A multi site, national company with Head Office based in Central Woking (free parking available) are seeking a Dynamic Operations Manager to manage a team of 6, you will be responsible for Motivating the operations team, whist providing the highest level of Operational support to some of the World's leading brands. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) you will be a part of an engaging team that work in a fast paced environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Bring new ideas to assist with the overall strategic direction of the Operations team.
  • Implement process and procedures
  • Lead and coach a team of 6 operation executives
  • Set motivating objectives for the team.
  • Ensure the team are on track and ready to deliver clients business strategies.
  • Train and develop team members
  • Oversee the recruitment of the team.
  • Ensure that Team and One-to-One performance reviews are carried out.
  • Be the first-line support to clients for software support
  • Provide clients and stakeholders with detailed support and insight on individual campaigns.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients
  • Attend meetings with clients
  • Ensure that all team members have completed necessary training courses
  • Offer support and guidance on New Business projects
  • Visit field-based staff and attend off site meetings

Key Skills:

  • At least 3 years in an operational role preferably in FMCG
  • Have at least 3 years of managing staff.
  • Be highly organised
  • A confident user of Excel
  • Experience of presenting reports to clients
  • Happy to work in a fast paced environment.
