Customer Relationship Manager (6 Month FTC)- Surrey (hybrid)- Up to £45k (pro-rata)
Pod Talent is excited to continue their close partnership with one of Europe’s leading drinks suppliers who are looking for a Customer Collaboration Manager to join their team in Surrey for a 6 month FTC. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office.
It's a great and well-structured company with an amazing environment, that is looking for a top talent candidate with experience managing B2B customers or off- trade customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, working on collaborating and building relationships with key B2B off trade channels
- Identify and drive improvements across supply chain operations
- Work closely with demand planners to ensure forecasts are accurate and aligned with promotional plans
Requirements
- Immediately available or short notice period
- Experience managing and planning for a B2B customer account
- Experience working in a large FMCG environment (ideally food & bev)
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Excel and SAP knowledge
