Electrical Operations Manager - Building Services

Working across multiple sectorsincluding commercial, office fit out, laboratories, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from £100k upto £2m, the company are a long-established and highly-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Operations Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Directors, you will lead the electrical services division, ensuring that projects are delivered to specification, budgets, and timelines.
  • Management of Project Managers, Engineers, Site teams and sub-contractors/suppliers
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while monitoring progress against these benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the procurement processes for materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project duration.

Electrical Operations Manager - Desirable Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • You will need to be an experienced ElectricalOperations Manager or similar role, i.e. Electrical Contracts Manager, Senior M&E Project Manager
  • Experience in successfully managing and delivering electrical projects from inception through to completion
  • Strong client facing skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • CSCS/SMSTS
  • Relevant Electrical Qualifications

Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Electrical Operations Manager include:
