Our privately owned property developer client renowned for its exquisite, ultra-high-net-worth client builds, seeks a talented and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit, high-performing team. Specialising in creating exceptional, bespoke residences that redefine luxury living, they are looking for someone who shares their passion for excellence.

**The Role:**

Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of exclusive projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Assisting with the preparation of detailed cost plans and budgets for high-value residential projects.
* Producing accurate and timely cost reports and valuations.
* Monitoring and controlling project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
* Assisting in the procurement process, including tendering and sub-contractor selection.
* Managing variations and claims.
* Preparing and analysing post-project cost reports.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of our cost management processes.


**The Ideal Candidate:**

* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
* At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. (Newly qualified candidates with exceptional aptitude will also be considered).
* A strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
* Proficient in the use of relevant software, including MS Office Suite
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive approach and a desire to learn and develop.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
