About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Quantity Surveyor to manage the delivery and governance of commercial services across multiple military bases, barracks, and offices.

This dynamic role involves working on diverse refurbishment projects, ensuring target costs are met, and engaging directly with both clients and subcontractors.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee project pricing, contractual agreements, and commercial management, ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard.

You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You

  • Proven experience in managing commercial refurbishment projects (military, retail, or NHS experience desirable).
  • A strong understanding of NEC and JCTDesign & Build contracts.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
  • A proactive and professional approach to engaging with clients and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in cost management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Eligibility for security clearance (required prior to site access).
