Experienced Property Negotiator

A leading, dynamic and fast-paced office based in Woking, specialising in providing high-quality services in the property sector are looking to add to their team. They are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and results driven individual, already experienced in the industry to join them and help drive their continued success.

Job Description:As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in their busy office, responsible for managing property sales from instruction to completion. This role demands a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills who can take initiative, build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:路Manage a portfolio of properties, handling sales from initial enquiry through to completion路Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and sellers路Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best outcome for all parties路Take the initiative in identifying new sales opportunities and converting leads into sales路Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout路Prepare marketing materials, property descriptions, and manage listings to attract potential buyers路Handle all sales-related paperwork and compliance, ensuring all transactions meet legal and company requirements路Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property sales processes路Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets路Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:路Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in the property sector essential路Excellent negotiation and communication skills路Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team路Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients路A proactive and results-driven attitude路Full UK driving licence is essential路Strong attention to detail and organisational skills路Familiarity with property software and MS Office Suite is a plus
