Our client is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for a permanent position with responsibilities including overseeing various dining areas and supporting special events.
Candidates should have experience in a high-end restaurant or bar, with strong food and drink knowledge preferred.
The role requires confidence in managing a team and excellent customer service and communication skills.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least two years of relevant experience.

Our client is currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be required to oversee various Food & Beverage areas including the restaurant, bar, room service, al fresco dining, lounge, and afternoon tea offerings. Additionally, you will support weddings and special events.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure guest expectations are exceeded through seamless service delivery.
Be flexible around all Food & Beverage areas
Support on weddings and special events.

Key Skills/Experience:

Whilst experience within a high-end restaurant/bar/venue is desirable, a passion for excellence, a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is essential.
Preferably experience within a Food & Beverage environment with strong food and drink knowledge
Confidence to manage a team
Customer service and excellent communication skills
