We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage client accounts, deliver exceptional service, and lead projects that drive success. You’ll act as the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring KPIs are met and relationships thrive.

This position is being offered on a HYBRID working basis with 3 days per week in office and 2 days remote.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring service delivery and performance targets are achieved.
  • Lead new account implementations, including process alignment and IT integration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling operational needs and resolving issues effectively.
  • Present performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, driving measurable results.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven customer-facing project or account management experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Access is a plus) and the ability to understand IT system requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • A confident self-starter with leadership qualities and a customer-focused approach.
