Our prestigious client in Wokingham, Berkshire is looking for a fabulous? Web Content and E-CRM Executive to join their dynamic team.?The main focus for the role is to drive targeted communications through understanding our direct site visitors and existing customers, helping to drive customer loyalty and new e-CRM sales strategies. The Web Content and E-CRM Executive role will also be responsible for the delivery of website content and merchandising to meet sales strategies and support brand content implementation.

This is a hybrid role following successful passing of probation working 10-6 or 9-5 or 8-4 Monday to Friday. The salary for this exciting Web Content and E-CRM Executive role is up to £27,500 depending on experience.

Main responsibilities for the Web Content and E-CRM Executive are:

  • Creation and monitoring of E-CRM flows and sales campaigns to ensure KPI’s are being achieved
  • Analysis of website visitors to help identify product insights to drive our sales e-CRM communications.
  • Analysis of direct customer purchase & profile data to build out customer retention communications plans, including customer loyalty rewards
  • Creation and monitoring of E-CRM flows and sales campaigns to ensure KPI’s are being achieved.
  • Working alongside Marketing you’ll be instrumental in supporting the creation, delivery and implementation of new site content
  • Review and testing of new content pages across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Use of customer visitor insights to drive merchandising decisions for product presentation across the site.
  • Analyse and report on e-CRM marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Daily user testing of the websites.
  • Liaise with sales and marketing to ensure content is refreshed and planned

Skills requiredfor the Web Content and E-CRM Executive are:

  • Analytical experience of customer and consumer data.
  • Proven expertise in email marketing, particularly with Klaviyo, to create and optimise campaigns, workflows and customer segments.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing and sales teams
  • Proven experience in web / content management.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and Google Analytics software.
