You will work on significant projects involving the installation of renewable technology and whole house energy improvements within large groups of homes. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring project success by managing compliance documentation, creating handover packs, overseeing project activities, and providing excellent customer service.

We would welcome applications from individuals with experience in hospitality management, events, property or any other role with transferable skills.

The package:

  • £28,000 basic (£31,360 OTE)
  • 12% annual performance bonus
  • Up to 6% pension contribution
  • 25 days leave, plus bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years' service)

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Completing and submitting all necessary compliance documentation accurately and within specified deadlines
  • Monitoring the project spreadsheet to ensure the wider team have completed all steps in the process and assisting them when needed
  • Creating handover packs upon completion of an installation and submitting all compliance documents
  • Liaising with customers to answer any queries
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding project status
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure project quality and adherence to company standards

What you'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Effective team working skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
