Client Service Specialist - Group Risk

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits organisation that due to continued growth are looking for a Client Service Specialist to support consultants with their clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for client queries
- Supporting with managing the renewals process
- Producing reports for the consultants to review for upcoming renewals
Essential Criteria:
- Must have prior employee benefits experience, ideally Group Risk
- Strong administration experience
This role can be remote or hybrid to one of their offices.
