Exciting opportunity – Customer Service Advisor

Training – Full Training provided

Location - Wokingham – office based, parking onsite, 20 minutes’ walk from the train station

Salary - £25,500

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing an exceptional service and helping them with any queries they may have!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help with queries via phone, email and web enquiries.
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to update customers
  • Record information from customers and other stakeholders onto the system
  • Supporting the supervisor
  • Pass calls and other works to internal colleagues
  • Run reports to assist in performance management queries and data collection
  • Assist in various other ad hoc tasks as and when necessary

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Ability to prioritise tasks and remain composed during busy periods.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a 'can do' approach.
