Czech speacking Customer Service Agent

Location: Remote

8am-5pm

My client based in Wokingham is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team with this exciting new Global campaign. We are looking for candidates who have got strong experience in providing solutions to customers, managing the deliverables of campaigns, managing relationships with customers and excellent Microsoft Office ability particularly Outlook.

Requirements

Visibility of having worked in a customer service role previously

Calm and patient manner

Competent in all aspects of MS Office packages specifically Outlook

Developed communication skills, including written, spoken.

A conscientious work ethic and strong understanding of meeting and achieving deadlines

Meeting Call Quality Standards

Main Tasks:

• Productivity levels such as call answer rates, targets and workstation attendance

• Data capture accuracy

• Inbound and Outbound calls relating to the product

• Managing customer complaints and escalations within the agreed SLA’s

• Adherence to company standards, behaviours and values
