As an Electrician with my client, you'll play a key role in the Solar PV department, responsible for diagnosing issues, installing systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll also mentor an Electrical Apprentice, providing valuable hands-on training. This role offers a great opportunity to advance your career in the growing renewable energy sector with a client that values your expertise and growth.
We're looking for an experienced Electrician with at least 5 years in the industry. You should be passionate about renewable energy, especially Solar PV, and excited to share that knowledge with others. Strong leadership and communication skills are key, as you'll be training an Electrical Apprentice and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. You thrive in a dynamic role and have a commitment to high safety and quality standards.
The Person
- 5+ years' industry experience, focused on electrical and Solar PV.
- Passionate about renewable energy and mentoring.
- Strong leadership skills, guiding an Electrical Apprentice.
- Excellent communication with clients and teams.
- Proactive with a focus on safety and quality.
