Key Qualifications:

  • PCB Assembler: Deep understanding and proven track record of producing flawless assemblies.
  • Component Identification: Ability to identify components with ease and precision, ensuring accuracy in every placement.
  • IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001: Fully conversant with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards, consistently delivering work that meets or exceeds these requirements.
  • Soldering: Comfortable and confident performing both through-hole and surface mount hand soldering to a high standard, producing clean and reliable joints.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Self-starter who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional quality.
  • Deadlines: Capable of working to tight deadlines, constantly providing a high level of accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Team player who values collaboration and open communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing manual component placement and soldering to IPC-A-610 standards.
  • PCB modification (e.g., cut track, wire links).
  • Inspecting and verifying the quality of assembled boards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed.
