Finance Manager (FP&A) - About The Role

This role will be focusing on producing the FP&A associated with two growing legal entities. You will be supporting and aiding commercial decisions within the business to drive their continued growth and success within the business. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone that is looking to work within a thriving business environment.

You will be leading the budgeting and forecasting process working with large datasets ensuring budget and results align with the company’s strategic objectives. You will be providing variance analysis on results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement across the business.

You will be someone that has a strong background within a commercial reporting position and be comfortable to present at board and management meetings.

Working closely with both the membership and marketing teams with analysis provided on growing subscriptions, tracking the success of campaigns and behaviour patterns of difference demographics of customers.

This is a partnering position and you will working with the management team to ensure accountability around the budget and financial results.

The successful Finance Manager (FP&A) will have:

  • A formal accounting qualification
  • Experience of working within an FP&A position with experience of working with senior stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling
  • Advanced Excel
